Integral wouldn’t be Integral if we didn’t take a holistic approach to subjects like sustainability. Which means thinking not only of the environment, but also of social and economic factors. Sustainability is a key component of our strategy. The Integral pension fund applies the principle of sustainability to the return on an investment, in other words to an economic factor, in addition to the ESG criteria. We put our money primarily into direct investments to ensure a high standard of transparency. We do not invest in non-transparent, high-cost investment vehicles under any circumstances.
